While many firms and subrogation companies offer a "one-size fits all" method to handling claims, we have determined that the "one-size fits all" approach is not what our clients desire. Rather, we have developed, in some cases from scratch, subrogation programs for insurance companies and self-insured entities that address their specific needs. We continue to work with our clients to mold the handling of their claims as their needs change year to year.

Though many clients focus on the recovery rate and the financial success, the process by which files are reviewed, handled, negotiated, conferenced, and litigated, is of paramount importance. We develop systems that accommodate all contingencies, including insured permission for subrogation, monthly third-party administrative file reviews, claim sharing with third-party administrator subrogation units and expeditious and effective use of inter-company arbitration.

Though we have offices in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh), New York (Manhattan and Hicksville), New Jersey and Florida, our subrogation practice is based out of Philadelphia to provide our clients with cost-effective pre-suit handling of all claims through a dedicated group of attorneys, consultants, and paralegals. Rather than spreading a client's files out amongst a multitude of attorneys, we assign each client a point person to be their contact in assisting them with communications, assignments, and managing the process of file handling.

Having a network of experienced attorneys throughout the fifty states allows Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP to effectively and efficiently handle litigation for its clients. We have experienced the synergy resulting from the use of our local counsel in assistance of strategies and case analysis.

Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP handles auto, property, workers' compensation recoveries. We have also been asked to assist clients with deductible recoveries, fidelity claims, and fraud claims. We can provide clients with web-based reporting as well as monthly tracking of all files.

Perhaps one of the most important differences with Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP is the fact that we do not have a standard contingency rate for handling subrogation files. Depending upon the volume of work, type of work, location of work, and method by which we are obtaining the files, our rates are flexible. Our ability to work with third-party administrators, insureds, and corporate departments, while providing them with a unique approach tailored specifically to their needs has been a success for all our clients.
